Customer’s extranet provides issue registering and tracking for registered client’s contacts as well as access for project’s specific documents and information.

Issue Tracking System

Issue tracking system provides web-based interface for submitting and tracking progress of your issues. You will get full access to details of particular issue, progress steps and processing history. Issue tracking system is available 24 hours a day and after registering your issue our support specialists will be notified immediately.

Project’s Space

Software development projects require intense documents and information exchange between project groups in several organizations. While most organizations use e-mail for information exchange it doesn’t support effective information exchange between groups. Project’s space are wiki-based collaborative web pages, available for all involved parties and close integrated with issue tracking system and e-mail for notifications. Projects space is available for registered users only, it is secure place for keeping project documents, discuss them, exchange ideas and receive activity summaries in e-mail or using RSS reader.
