TimeRS- Work Time Management System for Oracle E-Business Suite

TimeRS is a software solution for planning, managing and accounting personnel’s work time, fully integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources and Payroll.

TimeRS allows to create employee workload schedules, control the realisation of projects and the time spent on them, process absences and provides reporting on utilization of work time.

TimeRS provides:

  • Employee workload planning and work time accounting;
  • Employee absence (vacations, illnesses, etc.) accounting and approvals;
  • Data integration with Oracle Payroll.

System manages employees’ work plans, including work schedules of employees involved in particular work/project. It allows for simple elaboration of work plans considering absences, off days, and holidays of all involved employees.

Benefits from implementation of TimeRS:

  • Reduction of administrative costs by automating work time and absences planning and accounting;
  • Automated split of time hours according to work types (overtime, night work etc.);
  • Accurate information on the hours worked, vacations and absences;

TimeRS is based on Oracle Self-Service technology and stores data in the Oracle E-Business Suite database.
